The management and staff of Pargroup Engineering Services work as an effective team where individual strengths are utilised to effectively deliver our projects by the most effective means possible. While we operate a lean management structure, the management and staff provide a "Hands On" approach to each project and your point of contact will always be up to date with all of your project's current and future requirements. Our greatest resource is our people and we value the skills and expertise of our team.
 

Frank Parrotta
Director/Civil Structural Engineer
Qualifications:  B.E (Civil). M.I.E Aust, RPEQ, NPER
Frank has over 25 years of civil/structural/hydraulic engineering and construction experience and has carried out work on a wide variety of projects in Australia. In his final year of his university degree, his thesis was based on the structural engineering methods for basements in high rise buildings. At the beginning of his career, Frank was heavily involved in the $100M Mackay Sugar Refinery structural design, CSR Invicta Mill Expansion $150M, Mount Leyshon Gold Mine $30M, completing a large amount of structural and civil engineering and project management.  In 1999 Frank established Pargroup Engineering, specialising in structural and civil engineering. Frank ensures his staff at Pargroup is on top of all the latest advances and innovative techniques to as to offer the highest level of Turn-Key Development Solutions. Being able to have the capacity to design and construct is boosted by his experienced staff embracing enthusiasm and drive, which is shared within the team and with the client. Frank is committed to building long term relationships with clients and delivering above and beyond their expectation.

Jeff Schimonello

Civil Structural Engineer
As a civil/structural engineering contractor, Jeff brings to the company over 20 years civil/structural engineering experience.  Jeff has a range of commercial and industrial projects in his portfolio.

Jim Moehead

Design Manager

Has over 30 years experience in team leadership and design/drafting. Most of his work has been involved the design of commercial, residential, industrial, Mining, Sugar, Heavy Industry and Industrial facilities.  

 
Max Kelly
Junior Architect
Max joined Pargroup in May 2024. He has  Bachelor and Masters degrees of Architecture.

Proficient in the use of Revit, and with experience in commercial and medium residential design documentation, Max brings additional value to our design team. 

Joseph Parrotta

Junior Structural Civil Designer

Joseph commenced at Pargroup in 2020. While currently studying business, and undertaking an autocad approved course, he is involved in the preliminary design of industrial and commercial projects. Under the supervision of Frank and Jim, Joseph is gaining valuable design knowledge and experience.

Miranda Hackney

Junior Architect

Miranda joined Pargroup in May 2024. She has a Bachelor of Design degree in Architecture. With proficient knowledge of revit, Miranda brings additional value to the team, assisting  with general architectural design and 3D modelling. 

Theuns  Robberts

Project Manager/Site Supervisor
Theuns supervises  earthworks , industrial and commercial sites .  He coordinates subcontractors, materiaals,  and employees on site, ensuring the projects stay within budget and programmed requirements. In this role there is a major focus to ensure that all Workplace Health and Safety requirements conform to the highest safety standards. Apart from his professionalism, Theuns is also a very ‘hands on and practical ’ supervisor,  and ensures projects are completed  at the highest quality of workmanship.

Julie Parrotta
Office Manager
Julie has over 20 years of administration and office  management experience. Julie’s role is very important to the company,  responsible for the audit, compliance and management of project files, and the day to day responsibilities of Pargroup's accounting and bookwork.
